When I log in to my account, it just spins saying logging player in. I can access other accounts and play, just not my account.

My son went to log in to his account and it was wiped clean. No bikes, 0% completion, no money, (he was at least 80% complete with career)

We have tried everything we can think of. Nothing works. What is going on? I paid money for a season pass and extra content, and less than a week later, we can't even play.
