Hello everyone,

First I would like to thank everyone for the feedback over the past several weeks if not months about the Android performance and input related issues. These were part of the recent QA corners (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...r-Update-16-11)

We have begun a cycle of optimization on Android to improve overall performance and fixing the missed input issues. First round of fixes were included in the latest update 3.6.0.

I would like to use this thread as way to tap into the effectiveness and impact of these fixes in our player base. You feedback is most valuable and welcomed.

I just switched from the Amazon App Store version 3.1.0 to the Google Play version 3.5.0. Now I also have sometimes problems with freezes, stuttering (blocking threads).

For me it's caused by the background download and storage of the big video clip ads (the clips you need to watch to earn some gems/tickets/coins after clicking on the TV).
The game downloads these video files even if WLAN is switched of. Because of this, your mobile data volume is exhausted after only two days. Afterwards my mobile data rate is limited to max. 64 kbit/s. Now the game is nearly unplayable. It looks like, the download thread blocks also the main game thread while waiting for new data.
If this is true, a bad connection to one of the video ad server could also cause performance problems.

So my question to everybody who also have freezes/stuttering: Do you have these problems also while completely offline? Or, if the problems are only inside the bunker: Don't watch one of the video clip ads for two days, so no new clips are downloaded. Does this help?

Any news on when you will fix the game? it is still absolutely **** with huge input lag issues. The issues seems to be more frequent and severe when not connected to wifi.

At least give us a date when you will release an attempted fix, because the game is not a challenge at the moment, it's broken. When it works properly it's great, but the last few months it's been nothing but a pain having to grind not to fall behind on the leaderboards

Gas button doesn't work occasionally. Started with the recent update.

Also watching ads for gems would sometimes not work (button was available but tapping did nothing). Occurs more frequently now (yesterday evening after watching one ad, worked again this morning, stopped working after watching one ad)

Graphics are awful. The way to improve track performance is to reduce the complexity within the tracks themselves i.e. less physics/explosions/moving objects. I know this is no solution for tracks already released, but the newer tracks seem to be getting more and more complex all the time, whcih is only going to compound the problem.
