If you don't know, (Unsurprising given Falconry's lack of ubiquity.) Falconry is the sport of hunting with a falcon or hawk, (By blocking it's vision until there's something to kill with a face mask.) See here for more:

Basically, the sport would make for a cool addition to the hunting in a later installment of Far Cry. Not Primal for the sake of not being anachronistic, of course, but maybe in 5 or 6.
