I recently picked the game back up after a few months. Did they update the game so that your fuel doesn't recharge while playing?

I have also noticed this when I'm not even playing. So, unless I'm in the game and not playing my fuel will not recharge.

+1 on this, since the update the fuel hasn't been refilling when I have the app closed or in the background.
