Can't finish a race due to map not loading properly.

As the title says, and my support sicket says. I can not finish a race or barely even start one, due to after racing for about 2 miles the map just stops loading at all and my car freezes in position, while the AI cars just move along through the air and continue past me, because I can't see the road.

Oh and I contacted support, support says how to change my user name? Failed bot much? because that isn't even funny. I can't do any race, period, I can't play the game.

My friend have the same issue, and he would like to get a solution or a fix for this or at least to understand why it's happening with his game, is it a software or a hardware bug?

    Hey guys,

Have you tried verifying the game cache? Also check for any graphical driver updates to see if it helps.

When it happens in an AI race, use back on track and it'll immediately load.
however i had this in a multiplayer race as well and sadly it cost me my win

(game was verified and drivers upto date)

Wow, thanks! It helped my friend, at least now he don't need to wait for 10 minutes before the map will finally load...
Still, he have an issue when this is happens right when some PVP race is loading (you can't press R on a loading screen) and when this is happen - other players would see an endless black loading screen, but as soon as he close the game with alt+f4, other players is able to continue (black screen will disappear). So, I must say that it's a huge problem, 'cause not only it deteriorate the game experience of my friend and other people with the same problem, but other players is also affected by this issue (to be stuck on a loading screen because of someone it isn't really fun). =/

I also have the same problem, I've tried everything, and still the same.
My computer is an AMD FX 8350, AMD HD 7970, 16 GB DDR3 RAM and Windows 10 with 500GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO.
    All drivers updated.

Interesting, as I have the same CPU, and a 7870 card, 8gigs ddr3 ram, windows 8, my windows is on a 100 gig SSD but my games all run off a standard hard drive.

I wonder if this is an issue particularly with AMD based builds. Would the other users in this thread please confirm if they also have AMD or not? Thanks.
