Hey guys, I'd like to update this with a response I got from support staff, the developers have identified an infinite loading bug and are currently working on a fix. I've been suggested to port forward as a work around. However that is out of my capabilities currently. So if someone else with this problem can try that great, as of now I await the fix, I hope it comes soon.

My friend's GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti [N750TI-2GD5/OCV1]

And it's kinda interesting, 'cause he said that when he was playing on old GPU (Palit GeForce GT 430 1024Mb) there wasn't any issues with his game, but after he replaced it to GTX 750 his game started to crash, and now, after Wild Run was released he's game stopped crashing, but there's an issue with map not loading properly.
This issue right here is EXACTLY what has happened to me since the game released. The only difference is I have a 660 card and a 760k processor in my rig. I've tried contacting support and their fix was "disable background programs and the Steam overlay." It didn't work, but since it took a while for another crash to happen after my attempt at fixing it I just let the ticket go since it would have to be re-opened.

I'm using GTX 660 Ti and I never had such problems with the game, there was a time when the game started to crash pretty often, but I fixed by deleting profile folder in my documents and playing in borderless window, since then, the only issue that I have with the game - it's when I start it, sometimes it can say that my NAT is Strict (Red) and UPnP is off (when it's on in my router), if that's happens I just restart the game a few times until it say that NAT is Open (Green) and UPnP is on, something like that. And before the Wild Run patch I was never able to get an Open Nat! Anyway it's not related to your problem and to this topic so, nvm.

Hmm, strange work around... Did they say what port to forward? Do they mean that we need to open ports or what? And what to do if NAT is already Open? (or you guys that have this issue doesn't have an open NAT?)

They gave me a link for port forwarding instructions, I was not told what to do if NAT is already open, just to open the ports https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/FAQ/9/...0000000egPYCAY I really hope a fix is coming soon.

    Update
Just To clarify, it seems to mainly happen on AMD Windows 10 Machines running the Beta drivers, might just be coincidence tho.

Another thing to add is that we would like to have an word from a person working @ Ubi to confirm its being worked on as its not our Fault!

So far the game is a waste of money, dont let it be what it currently is.
