    I managed to fix my problem. Seems my anti-virus has an SSL-scanning feature that caused problems.

    Anyway, a complete uninstall and then a reinstall of the anti-virus seems to have fixed the issue.

    WOW!! i just added my gaming partition drive to the exception folders in antivirus programm!! AND NOW IT STARTS!!!!!!!!
