I have exact same problem with just dance 2017 on ps4.
It won't let me save new videos without deleting old ones.

And when I manually copied the application data to a usb disk as suggested by the support team. The downloaded files have no extension and won't be played in any player I tried

Same problem, file with no extension

    Same problem here.
I downloaded the Autodances on a USB device, but the files don't have an extension.
Is there any way to save video clips to a USB pendrive?

There's unfortunately no other supported way to save your auto dances than the features already built in. We are aware of some delays to dances being uploaded via the share function but I will make sure to report it on to the team that this is still happening.

For our autodances you should be able to share them using the feature.

If you're still having issues I hope you will contact our Support team so they can look into this for you.

    Hey, ChoyaxMd!

There's unfortunately no other supported way to save your auto dances than the features already built in. It is not possible to transfer these files from the console, you could try watching them back and recording the screen with a smartphone or a camera as an alternative.

Autodance transfer always is a problem!

This forum shows various posts about difficulties from user who want to share videos.

So, i don't have the perfect solution but i know a way to don't lose the records and put they on PC.

Xbox One can record your gameplay if you push the button "XBOX" and then the button "VIEW" while you seeing the autodance video. Later you can transfer your gameplay to a pendrive and put on the PC. You can also edit the video on your PC to cut the scenes, frames...

Here a Youtube Video who shows more information:

Thank you NatyWins for providing a solution to the uploading clips issue on the Xbox console.

I will move this post to our player support section in hopes it will help a few of our other players with the same issue. Thank you!
