Ubi-MoshiMoshi, do you plan on doing a tutorial on using the Random Map Generator. My unsuccessful use of this tool is the only problem I have, so far, with what I consider is a great game. Here are the steps that I have tried:
1. Select HOMM – Editor, click Play.
2. After Editor come up, I click on Create a New Map and select New Radom Adventure Map from the menu.
3. Fill out template and click Create and Open. A Save Packages box comes up with Untitled selected and I click on Save Selected.
4. A New Folder box comes up, I give it a file name and click Save. An error box comes up telling me that I have not selected heroes/towns for player 1 or 2.
I am somehow missing the heroes/town selection step. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated…

By the way, I saw the cells/tiles on the battlefield. You can try to press "g" on the keyboard if they disappear next time, maybe it could help you to see them.
