    Just Dance Unlimited Subscription

    Hello everyone,

    I bought a 1 month subscription to Just Dance Unlimited from the Playstation 4 store and the payment went through but when I launch the game there is no subscription and it says i don't have a valid Pass.

    i bought the subscription from the PS4 store not from the game it self just to be clear

    how can i open Just Dance Unlimited?

    thank you for your reply! i have submitted a question and the support closed the question without resolving my issue!

    they asked for a receipt proving that i bought a brand new game and i replied that i can not provide it cause i already throw the receipt!

    then i submitted another question with the reference number 02592528 and i provided the serial number of the game and a photo from the email i got from Playstation 4 store proving that i paid for the 1 month subscription and its been a week now and no one resolved my issue and i really want to enjoy Just Dance Unlimited!

    issue unlimited subscription

    good night, I made the purchase of the signing of unlimited service for three months and had been working very well today. without any explanation signature disappeared. tracking number of my order 10,598,341,813.
