Hello AC Comunity,
i'm having very annoying issues with Syndicate after the new Firmware PS4 3.11 , since yesterday.
the game seems to crash pretty often with CE-34878-0, especially when riding carts at some point.
The odd thing i had 0 issues before the new firmware and no crashes at all. all other games work fine.
Did anyone had also issues after the new Ps4 firmware ? thanks
None of the fixes out there work!Originally Posted by mat1995ps Go to original post
I just got my game and straight out of the box, boom!! A ce 34878-0!!
Still haven't seen anything past the epilepsy warning screen...
Honestly, I am fuming! All my games work perfectly except for this one... and AC unity.
Whenever for a fix Ubisoft, really, take your time!
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this error, here are a few steps that could resolve the matter.
- Restart the system and try again. Make sure the latest game patches and PS4 system software has been installed.
- If the error persists, re-install the game (re-download if its a downloadable title), and try again.
- If the error still persists, you’ll have to re-install the PS4 system software. Go to Settings, then to Initialization, and choose Initialize PS4. Be sure to back up your data before doing this.
If you're still getting the error after trying these steps please contact Ubisoft Support for further help.
Yes, did all this. Re-installed the firmware via a USB. Twice, just to be sure.Originally Posted by UbiSmarmy Go to original post
I hope those steps work for somebody though...
I am wondering if this error also happens if the game is downloaded from the playstation store or just with the hard copies...?
If you're still encountering this issue after trying the suggested steps please contact Ubisoft Support and make sure to mention what steps you've taken to attempt to resolve the issue, that will help them narrow down what you are encountering and how to fix it.Originally Posted by XxXCeli Go to original post
