Hey guys,
I create a this post because I do not have find a topic containing this information.
So I just bought assassin's creed unity (yes I'm little late).... , but when I want to download I have a message which say :

"Failed to start download
Uplay is unable to start your download. Check that you have an activate internet connection and sufficient space on your hard drive then try again."


But I have an internet connection and sufficient space on my hard drive.

So if you have a solution or if this is my connection internet is bad

Hello and welcome to forums,

make sure that UPlay is allowed through your firewall, AV or spyware softwares as they might block the connection.

but Uplay is allowed in my firewall, I think i have a bad connection.
If you have an other solution i take it

I have take the download version. My question is : I need to get the activation key ? Or his it automatic

I had the same problem, the trick was to download on the same drive as the uplay program and then move the files to another drive if that's your case.

Sorry i didn't get what you mean, can you please explain further?
