Yes
No
From what I have played so far, the game really shines on atmosphere, PVP and customization on various levels. Ive been following the game closely for the last three. almost four, years now. If for some reason it doesnt live up to expectations, ill be pretty devastated. Like I said though, so far everything that ive personally experienced has been on point.

From seeing the work that Massive has done with previous titles (I took part in the World in Conflict closed Beta) I am very confident in their ability to deliver a decent game. With the support of Ubisoft behind them, I think we'll be in for a pleasant surprise!Originally Posted by HoyHoyJake Go to original post
It might be useful to state what you think those expectations are. Just to do a level set.Originally Posted by smeltedstone Go to original post
Everyone has their own expectations and some of them may be fanciful.
Let me give you a personal example. I had the impression (WRONG) that Watch_Dogs was going to have a COOP mode like PayDay 2 where players could stage heists and engage in gun battles with the police. That didn't really happen and UBISOFT didn't really promise it either. No one to blame there.
Like this fella said, expectations are very objective and personal. Therefore, OP, what are you hoping for, you don't have to be overly detailed but what sort of gameplay are you wanting?Originally Posted by javajoejunkie Go to original post
For me personally,
I’m looking for an open world game that has an ample amount of content to explore.
I'm hoping for some sort of grouped content, whereby online gamers will need to join up into fireteams in order to clear high-level/end-game content(PvE & PvP). (this content should be nearly impossible to complete solo)
I’d like there to be a crafting aspect within the game, with it allowing us to breakdown items and use those items as spare parts, just an example.
I’m hoping for, but not expecting, an auction house to be in the game, or a way we can assist our clan by selling/swapping/bartering items between clan members. If everything is entirely character/account based like Destiny for example, farming will be a must, and IMO I think A LOT of us gamers have had their fair share of this insanely boring mechanic, we need a break. (High hopes, I know)
These are only basic suggestions, I could be a lot more detailed, but that’ll just get my hopes up![]()
