Last update downloaded. The game shows the loading screen but won't start, going black and then back to the Android initial desktop screen. I have looked at the reviews in the Google Play Store and seen that other people are complaining about the same.

Sorry that I'm just now catching up with this post. Are you still experiencing issues and have you submitted a ticket with the support team?

You could try deleting all data (if you have saved your progress in the server) and reloading.
