    I want my code

    So a while back (like a week), Uplay was offering a deal for 50% off Assassin's Creed Rogue for a hunded something Uplay points. Obviously I chose to take them up on the offer and was told to await the code in my email, so I waited. After a few days without receiving the code I contacted support and they reset my purchase of the reward and said to try purchasing it again, and so I did. 3 days passed and I still had not received my code (at this point the offer had expired) so I contacted support yet again and they said to contact them if I had not yet received my code by Wednesday (yesterday). It is now Thursday and more than 24 hours since I contacted support about not receiving my code and have still not received a response (which is unusual since every other time responses only took 3 or 4 hours). Honestly, I'm just curious if you guys ever intended on giving Rogue away for 50% off in the first place or only wanted to appear to do so with the hope that no one would actually take you up on it.

    Sorry that you're having an issue getting your copy of Rogue. Could you please PM your support ticket information and I'll make sure to escalate the issue.
