I logged a ticket before posting in this thread yesterday but got nothing back yet. I would have thought a AAA title would get a bit more support in the first few days after release especially considering the cancelled beta...

Been 24 hrs since I logged a ticket this time round.
Interestingly I had the game showing in my launcher 10 weeks ago when I pre purchased but it was removed when beta was cancelled. The response to that ticket was it would be reinstated at launch. Guess not...

Please ensure that you have redeemed the correct code. Most of you who reported this issue just redeemed the pre order content code, but not the actual game key. (Make sure to redeem the code on the back of the manual!)

Oh no... In searching around for this other key I realised my invoice is for the shipped box... Never bought a non digital download in years... When are these supposed to arrive? I'm in Australia so could be weeks!?

I've got a super simple fix, after about 5 hours of screwing around with various things, I deleted two files from my steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's The Division:
uplay_install.manifest
uplay_install.state
After deleting those two, ran the game normally and the Uplay Product Key/Activation Code splash screen no longer appeared and the game began normally.
