    This cd key or activation code is already active on this account

    Yet i can't see the game in my inventory. I've started uplay dozens of times already. Is this usual?

    Same...

    i am having the exact same issue. I got the email to say the product is ready and tried the product code they sent but got this "already active on your account" message... nothing

    have tried logging out and back in, have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher but still nothing...

    Bump

    Bumping because Ive been way too keen to play this game and not seeing it appear in my game library, kinda crushes my soul plus it also saying it cd key is already linked to my account and ive tried contacting ubisoft to all but no avail.

    I logged a ticket a few hours ago... May take up to 48 hrs to respond... Hope I don't have to wait that long... Any mods looking at this issue

    Sorry Irainon, that is not the issue being described in this thread. The issue here is that the game does not appear at all in the launcher as if it has not been purchased.

    Oh sorry ! What I wanted to say is that the installation was successful. But nothing starts once want to click "play".
    I have the same impression that the game is not active. When I get my key, I have the same message you "is already active your account", but nothing starts.

    on your account you only have the pre order content activated, not the game. Please contact your retailer.

    Did above as soon as it happened and still no response from ubisoft.
    Dont get how it can say its linked and not appear in the library just seems odd
    Kinda soul crushing watching all your mates playing and your just sitting there going.... yay... watching their stream for you.

    Gonna need a proper solution sometimes soon tho.
