    Assassin's Creed Syndicate achievement's not unlocking

    On xbox one

    Flawless Conqueror
    Thieftaker
    Children's Aid Society
    Furious
    Queensbury Rules
    Whirlwind of Death

    All of these should have unlocked but didn't. Most of them are stuck at a certain percentage completion and won't advance. The furious achievement is stuck at 92% and won't progress for instance. I've tried clearing the xbox one cache and deleting and re-downloading my xbl profile. Neither worked. Several of them have been stuck for more than the recommended 72 hour waiting period.

    Starting the game over allowed them to unlock. Some carried over like the 5k breakable objects. Such an inconvenient solution. Got 100% now though.

    Go offline, delete your save. Do whatever you need to do after you're forced to play through the first two levels. Go back online, some should pop. If you care about your old save it's still on ms's server.

    I got the same problem. Achievement stuck at %.
    I already collected all historical poster and all of them can be shown in the database but still cannot got the achievement.

    Ubisoft never respond to my created ticket. Appreciate anyone has experienced this and tech us how to solve it.

    for my stuck No Ticket achievement at 96% on Xbox One

    Shawn @Ubisoft Support
    issue has been reported up to our game lead and our lead says to wait until the next update is released which should be coming within the week

    So we will see.................

    Hi Ubi-Houck,

    Thanks for your attention! To avoid confusion, I've just created another ticket "Achievement won't unlock" and attached screenshot for my achievement problem.

    Could you please check and line up related support guys to look into it? Hopefully Ubisoft could treat it seriously and help to resolve the problem. Thank you very much!!

    I got update from Ubisoft and I'm very disappointed, at first I though the problem finally be awarded.

    I've taken time to take screenshot and re-create the ticket to describe the achievement got stuck problem. However, what I got is just a confusing and useless reply from Ubisoft.

    Their reply is very confusing, they said the problem is not a known as other players have successfully unlocked these achievements and then they said they tested they have successfully unlocked them all, then said they were also unable to unlock them. I don't understand what that's mean.

    They were also unable to unlock them means they identified there are problem but refused to provide a fix, finally just send me a link of Microsoft Support and asked me to contact Microsoft for any achievement issue. That's suck support, if you also cannot unlock those achievement, why don't Ubisoft try to fix it with Microsoft, instead just push the problem to another vendor.

    Below is the content of my ticket and the update from Ubisoft for all players's reference, dealing with them is just wasting your time.

    I'm confused that you said the issue is not a known issue as other players have successfully unlocked these achievements but after that you said "Unfortunately we are also unable to unlock Xbox achievements."That's mean the problem can be reproduced during your test and you asked me to contact Xbox. Is that mean even though Ubisoft refused to fix the problem even though they are the same problem during test?

    I believe the problem is not at xbox side, the similar problem was reported by another player in the forum:

    I'm disappointed that Ubisoft just simply reply a email and ask their customer to contact another vendor. Please don't push the problem to Microsoft, I hope you could face to the problem seriously and help me to fix it accordingly. Please kindly advise.

    This is not a known problem as other players have successfully unlocked these achievements.

    We have also tested all of the achievements / trophies on all platforms and have successfully unlocked them all.

    Unfortunately we are also unable to unlock Xbox achievements.

    Dear Support,

    I found that Ubisoft support replied my message in forum, finally have someone aware the problem, so I would like to recreate this ticket to avoid any confusion about my achievement problem.

    I have total 3 achievements got stuck at a certain percentage completion and won’t unlock anymore: Below is the list of achievements:

    1. Student of History Achievement
    I’ve already collected total 50 historical posters. (Please see the attached screenshot), but the achievement won’t unlock. I’ve no issue about the other collectable achievements but this one.

    2. Guardian Angel
    I’ve completed the escort friendly cargo shipments over 30 times! The percentage got stuck at 90% and won’t advance.

    3. Without a Grudge
    The percentage got stuck at 96% since I was playing main story memory 6, I’m sure that I’ve destroyed enough destructible with carriage. I also tried to focus on destroying things on the street over 1 hour. The percentage never advance.

    These achievement stuck problem already happen when I was playing main story memory 6 and now I’ve 100% completion of main story, all others achievements have been unlocked except the above 3 achievements.

    I’ve also did some research on the internet and tried everything I could do at Xbox side. (e.g. Remove Profile, Uninstall the Game, Restart Console, Delete local save)
    I believe the problem is not at Xbox side as other achievement wont’ have any issue.

    Actually I’m a perfectionist and I enjoy playing Assassin Creed, that’s why I want to see all of my Assassin Creeds’ achievement got unlocked. I’ve the fans since AC1, I really hope that Ubisoft could help me to resolve the above achievement problem.

    My Achievement is still Broken
    I also am disappointed with this update due to the fact it has been weeks of going back and forth with
    ubisoft support about my stuck achievement for (No Ticket) stuck at 96%
    This is a GAME problem NOT a Microsoft Problem
    I am sitting at 100% completion I will not delete and restart from scratch
    Please HELP ME Ubisoft
