    Bunker purchase problem

    Hi everyone. I just paid 12,500 bunker coins to buy the track smelting pots. After a moment it popped up telling me to earn more tokens even though I had enough. It took the coins from my account but I didn't get the track. I have messaged Ubisoft to fix it, anyone else had this problem?

    Personally no, but the support will either give you the track or gives you a refund to retry and check if there is a problem.

    Also when they'll push the update for you, you'll be prompted to choose between device (recommended) or Uplay save. Choose Uplay.

    In that case, i guess you can contact mattshotcha or G00nzi with your Ticket number, they'll help you out accelerate things. They'll notice your thread here anyways.
    It's weird, i heard a lot of complaints about the Ubisoft International support being so slow, I get a reply in 3 days max with the French one, and i contacted them numerous times.

    Yeah, I was kinda hoping they would come across it but I didn't wanna message them cause I didn't wanna seem like that's the only reason I'm here lol. I've played frontier long enough now I thought it was about time to chat to others who do!

    Ubi always reply to me within hours when it's a trivial matter, when it's something with a bit more value they seem to take longer
