    What should also carry a potential ban is hacking your scores on the leaderboards, which is RAMPANT throughout the game, yet nothing seems to be done about that. Some of the tracks have hacked scores that have been there for MONTHS. Sometimes they are removed and then the SAME person is back within a day to hack again.

    I'm starting to believe that this game was made for the $$$. Considering the major issues are still NOT fixed, and it doesn't look like RedLynx gives a damn about their customers.. And don't forget those constant "special offers" with a "discount"!...

    That is an infraction that can get a player banned.

    Free to Play mobile games need to generate income just as any other game needs to generate income. The special offers are there for those who want to throw a couple bucks into the game to expand it in some way, but are not mandatory to enjoy the game. There is no situation that forces you to purchase them so feel free to ignore them.

    That being said, it is my JOB quite literally to do all that I can to express the concerns the community is having to the development team. To say we don't give a damn about our customers is just not true. I'm gathering info and looking into the issue with leaderboards as we speak.

    I encourage all of you to continue to bring up any in game issues you uncover and I assure you that we are not ignoring these claims. Free to Play games constantly evolve through events and tend to have massive and ever changing player bases due to the availability of the title. This causes a situation where teams are fighting to stay on top of things that change with the wind. It's a fluid environment and that sometimes can make it seem as if things are being neglected, but that really is not the case.

    Sorry if I came over aggresively - I'm just a little pissed about all the major stuff happening in the game (which I stated in another thread) that is not getting fixed, while the small issues like the Golden Tickets bug or everything else that generates free stuff are patched out as quickly as possible. You can say it ruins the PvP experience, but this may only be for a small amount of the players, since the Bunker has lost its value and fun. It just looks like RedLynx is doing their best more to patch out bugs that do not make money and the major stuff never gets patched.

    I'm glad you're looking into the leaderboards, Matt, but it is such a shame, because the leaderboards are one of the most important feauteres in the game and they are currentely completely broken.

    Again - my apologies if I came over agressveliy, I just wanted to make a clear statement.

    Why am I not getting a response then, not on the legends leaderboard so no focus?

    I've raised 4 tickets over the past 10 days, not had a single response
    Is that what you call not ignoring them ???
    See below what I posted on YouTube earlier , is it that being reasonably new to the game I can be ignored as I am just not classed as a legend ???

    "I've lost 150 pumpkins total of 6 times over last few weeks due to not checking I had sufficient fuel to race when the pumpkin ghost challenge comes up, when I had no fuel I would get my 150 pumpkins swiped yet not have the option to race the ghosts once fuel had replenished

    I took screen shots before and after and started to log support tickets after the 3rd time (considering time /fuel /energy could've been devoted elsewhere eg other challenges. It's now been 12 days since I raised first ticket and the 4th was raised yesterday , does Red Lynx /Ubisoft resolve issues like this (as I feel it's a game bug) or am I wasting my time ?
    Just be nice they respond you know !

    I can look into the ticket numbers you shared in the other thread (which sounds like the same case, correct?) and hopefully get you fixed up.
