    Moved iOS to Android

    As the title says, I just changed from iOS to Android, and I'm trying to transfer my account. It worked fine at first, but when I opened the app today, my level 45ish was gone and I was a level 2. I'm still logged into UPlay, so I'm not sure what happened.

    Sorry to hear that mate.....The best thing you can do is to send in a Support Ticket and then send a PM to one of the active Forum Mods on here (either G00nzi or mattshotcha) explaining to them what's happened as well as quoting your Support Ticket Reference Number as well.....This should get you the help you're looking for ok !?

    How do I send a support ticket? I just tried but after clicking submit question I'm just taken back to the Ask a Question page. Also I read that "Game progress does not transfer from Android to iOS". Is it the same for iOS to Android?

    If you go to the Uplay website (Here's a link to it - https://club.ubi.com/#!/en-GB/login) Log-in then click the Yellow Arrow (or square) that's in the top-right corner of the screen (next to your name) then click on "Customer Support" at the bottom of the drop-down menu, then click the "My Questions" section on the left of the screen, then click "Ask a Question" at the top of the screen.....Now simply fill-in every section of the form and click "Submit" then "Submit" again on the next screen where it's asking you to look at other potential solutions to your problem ok !!


    As for migrating/transferring from iOS to Android or Vice-Versa.....I don't know if either way is possible or not as I've never had any dealing with this sort of thing, Sorry, so best thing is to ask RedLynx / Ubisoft and they'll help you with it ok mate !?

    Yeah, so after I click submit on the potential solutions page I'm sent back to the fill-in page, and I can't submit again because for some reason Trials isn't a selection in the drop down menu anymore. I PMed a Mod though so I'll have to wait for that

    Either way, as far as I know, there is no way to reliably transfer between iOS and Android. Think of the two as PS4 and X1.

    That sounds like a glitch on the website, hopefully someone from Ubi can look into that !!

    mattshotcha has replied here with a basic but to the point answer for you, unfortunately though, it sounds like you're going to have to start fresh on Android.....Although it seems strange to me that they say it can't be done when you said that you DID have it working at one point !?!?

    Maybe you should continue to have a more in-depth talk with them via PM and hopefully you can get something sorted, also mention the problem you're having with trying to send-in a "Support Ticket" as well because there's definitely something wrong with it !!

    I misread this at first. You had the account working after crossing platforms?

    As far as the support ticket issue, I can look into that. Also any additional details you'd like to PM, go for it. We'll try and get things sorted out.
