There's no way I would be lucky enough that this is Streetlight Manifesto.

    But it would be nice.

These Don't Stop Believing lyrics were the first thing that came to mind when I tried to connect the image to a song.

    Strangers waiting
    Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
    Streetlights, people
    Living just to find emotion
    Hiding somewhere in the night

But I hear Journey is hard to license, so who knows.

The photographer has two other photos that look like they were taken in around the same spot, one is a man standing under the streetlights, it's called Solitude, the other a women standing under the streetlights, during 'First Snow'

Might re-enforce the Journey Don't Stop Believing guess...

It is also the name of a Frank Sinatra song.
How did you find the image? I tried searching for "Strangers in the Night" on deviantArt and a lot of other images show up first. I'm wondering what made Dan decide to use this image.

if this was released on wednesday, I'd say that Queensryche's "London" was in there, as it has a line in it saying "The street lights fanned our trail of fame.through London" and "It was November 4th...I last held your hand".
    Sadly, unlikely.
    Good song though.
