It is cool and all that you want to continue with the game. However, it stings my eyes to no end when a patch that makes the game nigh on unplayable is released and with no words on when the issues are going to be fixed, the next thing we get is a a sale on something which is worthless in because the game is broken. This is the rough equivalent on selling train tickets when you know all the tracks out from the station are broken.

To have such great game and great community, powered by super CM's, was almost unreal.
You could talk to game developers on daily basis, asking them about design choices, game balance, art or whatever.

Nowadays, some random people are making posts like this one, representing game management.
I really cant find the right words to explain it to you how terrible you are.

And because of that, every word BB members says in forums sounds like this.

If you really care about the game you need to change your approach.

1st: be more reactiv to fix things
2nd: improve your communication with us
3rd: give more visibility to the game outside this forum
etc, so many things have already been said....

You mentioned the Settlers Online, the approach is far better than the one you are providing us.

1st : hire some developers to fix bugs, real ones this time
2nd : hire some community manager, real ones this time
3rd : hire marketing guys, real ones this time

oh wait, still not rectified properly :

1/ fire everyone from BB company
2/ allow decisions makers to reduce their lifetime themselves

oh wait, still not the right rectification :

1/ just give the damn source code of the game to the community they are way beyond your levels of development, marketing and communication.
or
2/ give the license to Blizzard so they give this game what it deserves.
