    Phone app need a SERIOUS UPDATE

    the mobile phone app Just Dance Controller need a serious update. having trouble connecting on android. my ps4 shows up but it still says scanning network for some reason .

    if there no update coming i mind as well trade the game since i can not connect

    Hello Daquail22,
    Please do the following:
    -make sure that your console has all the updates for firmware and Just Dance 2016 installed
    -make sure that your version of the app is updated.
    -make sure that your console and phone with which you wanna play are connected to the same Wi-Fi.

    Doing all things mentioned above should help.

    -Console is update and Firmware is installed
    -app is updated
    -both is connected to same WI-FI

    Also, please remember that there are two Just Dance applications - there's Just Dance Now app and Just Dance 2016 Controller app. Be sure that you're using the second one if you want use phone as a controller in the game.

    If you did all that and it still doesn't want to work properly, please contact support.
