Hi,
This is kinda weird, i can see 5 farcry DLCs in my account information. but i really do not know how to play them , i cannot find them in the shop, nor in the game > DLC section. when i try to activate them, using the keys in acount info,it says, you have already added the game. Any one who knows whats happening?
the list of farcry games i have is:
FAR CRY 4
FAR CRY 4 - Bloodruby
FAR CRY 4 - butchers machete
FAR CRY 4 - driller PKM
FAR CRY 4 - Elephant Gun .700 nitro
FAR CRY 4 - hurks return
some things do not show up right away when you start the game , you have to complete certain things till some things show up
Blood Ruby - accessible after completing A Cultural Exchange.- shows up as a yellow star on the in game map
Hurk’s Return missions will show on in game Map as a Blue H after you complete act one and meet Hurk for the first time (he will be in a truck manning a machine gun..these missions also come as part of the limited Edition of the game )
Speak No Evil - Hurk Mission 1 - accessible after completing Sermont on the Mount ( Loginus Mission).
Call of the Wild - Hurk Mission 2 - accessible after completing Speak No Evil.
A Familiar Feeling - Hurk mission 3 - accessible after completing Call of the Wild and Key to the North.
Harpoon Gun - Available in the shop after completing A Familiar Feeling.
the other weapons should show up as soon as you get to the first store (with the exception of the Machete which is only available in the Arena)
Elephant gun .700 Nitro - available immediately in the in-game shop. (all are found in signature weapons)
Sandman 1911 Pistol - available immediately in the in-game shop.
Driller PKM - available immediately in the in-game shop.
the following only shows up as a changed Knife Blade and is only available in the Arena (blade looks like a tanto blade )
Butcher’s Machete - available immediately in the Arena (the Arena is unlocked after The Mouth of Madness).
sounds like you have a pre-order edition if you have that content (the weapons and the Blood ruby mission)and did not buy the Hurk Deluxe DLC Package
do you have the Steam version of the game ? if so you have to buy all of your DLC on Steam
as the Uplay only versions of the DLC and the season pass of the Far Cry 4 DLC will not work with the Steam version of the Base game
this is because Steam uses a different method of delivering DLC and updates then the Uplay only version uses , and Steam will not see that you have the DLC in your Uplay account
and does not and will not provide the files for it (unless you buy the Base game and all DLC from Steam)
the Steam version of Far Cry 4 also uses a different folder structure
if you have the Uplay only version of Far Cry 4 ......and the Uplay only version of the Hurk Deluxe DLC package you probably want to
A.uninstall the game and reinstall it running the Uplay client as Run As Administrator
B.then verify your game files using the instructions posted here
