Pumpkin Queen Races Not Working | Forums

After collecting 150 pumpkins, I am asked to trade them in and race the pumpkin queen, but when I select "ok" the screen flashes, but I don't get a race icon. I have purchased the 4 tracks for 150 diamonds, but have only been able to race the pumpkin queen one time.

Would you please explain why it is not working? There is no point to collect pumpkins than and changes to get a tracks are much lower this way of course.

Currently the pop up box is having some issues. If you close the pop up, pull the drop down menu at the top by the pumpkin icon and select the race there, it should be fine.

If you have lost any pumpkins due to this bug, please contact support so they can restore your missing pumpkins.

How do I do this? I've had at least three or four Pumpkin Queens simply not spawn after taking my pumpkins, I don't see how to make a ticket on the Ubisoft support website however.
