    My Opinion

The multiplayer Gameplay sucks. The game is based around button mashing. There is not enough power behind blocking, there should be some sort of bonus penalty for the attacker if they are blocked. The game is a joke if there are uneven fights. If out numbered players should only need to block in the direction the attack is coming from. Npc troops should be stronger and occupy controlled points so that players cannot just run around the battlefield. Npc troops could also follow the players around in order for to encourage strategic gameplay. Attacks should be slower but stronger to encourage tougher fights. I have no interest in the multiplayer aspect of the game. It is not a game I would buy unless the story mode/campaign is really good. Great idea/concept, trying to copy popular multiplayer modes doesn't translate well. Please let me know what you think.

"The multiplyer gameplay sucks", WTF I just read, the multiplayer gameplay is pretty amazing, the mechanics of the game are really innovative and seems pretty good, I didnt play it but for sure is the best duel system implemented in a multiplayer team based game I have ever seen.

There is not button mashing as you say, you need to think pretty heavily your movements to try to outthink your opponent.

There is ways to parry an attack to perform a counter attack, and for sure there shouldn't be a penalty for the attackers apart from the parry system, if you start attacking you have the advantage becuase you took the risk to be the first one, you risk yourself to a parrty, to a dodge + attack combo, etc, it is pretty complex.

There is already a system to help in case of 2v1/3v1, etc. basicly what you said, you only need to defend in the 3 ways against the "targeted" enemy, for the others you only need to defend in the direction from where they stand according to you, if the second enemy is at your left, you only need to block left to perform a succesfull block against that enemy.

Attacks are fine as they are right know, they have a good speed, there will be more classes, and each class has a different weapon, there will be faster weapons and slower.

About NPCs, they are not the main focus on the gamemode you see in gameplays(Dominion), is just a second objective to fight, the main thing you need to do is capture points and kill the enemy players, the NPC soildiers are there as a strategic option for the gamemode, they give points that allow comebacks, etc, but they are not meant to be meaninfull in the battle. I am sure in other modes and in the campaign there will be NPCs with good AI and stronger.

Did you read about how the systems of this game works before posting this? did you even checked out more than one gameplay? It seems like you saw a gameplay for 2 mins, realized that it was multiplayer and because you don't like that you posted did based on those 2 minutes you saw.

The game is heavily focused on multiplayer, so I think this game is not for you. There will be campaign, but for sure will not be the main focus, since there has been already stated that is a competitive multiplayer game.

    Am I Wrong?

In theory this game should be awesome but online players will exploit everything they can to win. The gameplay videos are made to look good. In real life you will have idiots that smash buttons to win. In the developer videos when there is 2vs1, the opponents stand around until the player is ready to block them. One player will never be able to kill two other players because real people don't just stand there like idiots. There is like 20 NPCs on the map, and they can be killed with one hit, they have no impact on the battle. The game mode shown comes down to 4 people on each team running around capturing points. Isn't it getting old seeing the same game modes in every single multiplayer game? A strategic element would add much more depth to this game and keep people playing. There is some innovation in the combat system but there are still issues that need addressed clearly. This game will sell based on its look and concept but will quickly burn out because it is hollow. I don't mean to bash the developers because I'm sure they are working hard and I'm sure I couldn't do what they do.

Watch this video and tell me if I am wrong, its from IGN:

About the actual gamemode, I do agree in more strategic options, I am a MOBA player, and a gamemode where is all about killing eachother is not the most fun for me, but I am not really concern about that, if they do a few good gamemodes, the comunity will choose what is the best that fits for competitive purposes.

Yes, online players will exploit every little thing they can to win, **** happens, people want to win, and they will use all the game features that they can to do it, and some of them even will use hacks and ****, that is a problem outside gameplay design, you need to have as little bugs as there can be, so no one can exploit them, and you need to have a hard punishment against people who cheat, but yes, people will play X class because is the easier and stronger so it is considere "OP", just because it is easier to play it.

The 2v1 situation is obvios that can happen, and you will lost most of the times, it is a 2v1, I am high rank(D2 currently) in League of Legends, and not because I am far better than a silver player means that I will win a 2v1. That doesn't mean the game is unbalanced, that means that the game is balance around team strategy, if you put yourself in a situation where you have to fight 2 guys by yourself, well, you sure ned to be more careful, is not a gameplay design problem that you will lose a 2v1.

I do agree that the gameplays from the developers are for show the game capabilitys and it is probably not exactly how it would look like a real match. But the matches that have been shown for youtubers, etc, are not that buttons smasher as you seem to be really worried about, most of the people don't have ****ing idea to play the game, so once they find and enemy they want to attack constantly, probably a better player that knows how the system works will win most 1v1 scenarios versus button smashers. People in the video you linked hit the air like half of the time, they don't know how to play, so they try to attack all the time, it is usual, you try to hit first because it puts you in an advantage position, that doesn't mean they are playing as they should, is just people playing their first matches, once people learn to play that will change.
