    It s been two weeks now that I bought the gold edition on Xbox live and still have no access to the unlimited mode. I contacted support on October 23rd and, after having no answer, again on October 28th and I have still no answer . It s becoming ridiculous ...

    My Xbox Gamertag is Microhurst and I have the same problem. Xbox One Gold edition, but it's not recognising my three month Unlimited subscription. Xbox support say that they can see the license against my account, which actually makes it worse as presumably the clock is therefore ticking on that subscription even though I'm not getting it. Ubisoft support on the other hand are saying nothing, nothing at all. I raised a support ticket 10 days ago and it hasn't even been acknowledged.

    GT PioneerRedcss , i have the same problem as everyone else since the launch day , contacted MS support and UBisupport, oppened a ticked , showed proof and still nothing :/ .

    Is it safe to assume that you've signed into the McHappel account on both systems? If so, can you verify that you haven't been logged into the primary XB1 while trying to access JDU on your secondary system?
