My Xbox Gamertag is Microhurst and I have the same problem. Xbox One Gold edition, but it's not recognising my three month Unlimited subscription. Xbox support say that they can see the license against my account, which actually makes it worse as presumably the clock is therefore ticking on that subscription even though I'm not getting it. Ubisoft support on the other hand are saying nothing, nothing at all. I raised a support ticket 10 days ago and it hasn't even been acknowledged.
