I have a Just Dance 2016 gift and the Code for one month unlimited wants a paypal account or credit card.
But I have not one of these things.
It drives me crazy and my girlfriend who wants to test it and eventuelly buy one year unlimited.

Please, can anyone help me?

From which console are you playing? To use your Unlimited Code you need to insert the credit card details, maybe you can ask your parents? You can always decide to unsubscribe to this service from the settings of your console to prevent any unwanted payment.

I have a PS 4.
I am 27 years old and sorry, but I'm not gonna get a credit card and PayPal only for Just Dance.
Every other game doesn't need these details, only Just Dance from Ubisoft Company.

I also send my question last sunday to the Support Team but nothing happened.

I have many games from you guys, but this case makes no fun.
I would appreciate it, if one of you would take contact to a programmer or something to fix this issue.
I mean, if I buy a Unlimited Code and enter it at PSN Store, is this happening again? We are giving our money to you guys to just play and not for headaches.=)

Hi Kain_DE - to enter in the Unlimited code without entering your credit card information, please visit the PSN page on a web browser. Log into your account there and go to "Redeem Prepaid Card."
