I bought another XBOX ONE for this game for my wife and daughter. I got a the GOLD EDITION JUST DANCE 2016. Codes didn't works I got 2 copies actually for both xboxs and neither worked. So I did what you said. The website will just let you type it in. Pretending it will help. The second you waste your time doing it and click submit it instantly says YOUR PROBLEM SOLVED. You go to your ticket and nothing is in it. ANOTHER problem. I broke down for my daughter and bought the UNLIMITED for a year. 39.99. I have the XBOX Gold membership in our house and the Xbox is set to HOME setting. Meaning EVERYONE LOGGED ON TO THAT XBOX CAN USE MY DLC AND SUBSCRIPTION I BOUGHT!!!!. NOT WITH JUST DANCE UNLIMITED. It will tell wife and daughter they cant and wants me to log on to it. So rendering the second xbox i am playing useless until they are done. I play shooters and they dance. I submitted to XBOX for a refund for the Subscription. I do not understand why they didn't just come out with a game based SOLELY on a monthly fee. YOU KEEP NOTHING FROM THIS 39.99 extra no unlocks no anything. AND TO SAY IT IS A HICCUP is really really wrong. People paid for a working game not a oops game pay use more and try to fix it on a BROKEN support site. They are just hoping people forget and say its only 10 dollars more for GOLD. or the 39.99 for subscription.
My gamertag is SlippyMcgee on Xbox one and I want a good explanation on how to get refund asap. I know somebody from UBISOFT READS THESE.
