(Solution found)
Hi All,
Apologies if this has been answered before.
After the latest (pumpkin queen) update, I had strange things happening, like my phone (galaxy note3) completely shutting down mid race!! (well that's a new one)
not a problem, its not a big deal, hopefully it will get fixed next update.
but after the last time it did this, it put me back to level1, again not a problem, we've all been here before with frontier.
However, this time I noticed that when I got to level3 & the sync games popup appeared, it said device level3 & server level3!!, Oh No!! so obviously I didn't let it sync,
hoping that uplay will still have my original game if I haven't overwritten it with the device data.
Every other time this has happened, the server has always had my original level (currently/was lvl46) so I would allow my device to sync with uplay.
Now im not sure what to do & at this point it has not been synced & I'm desperately hoping I can get my original game back.
Ive tried all the usual stuff, clearing cache, deleting app & re-installing but this time, no quick fix seems to be available to retrieve it.
Have others experienced this & been able to retrieve their game??
Is there a workaround that anyone has found??
Im really hoping one of you awesome trial-eers can help an old fart from the OTHG.
Also as I don't yet have next gen, this is currently my only outlet to get my trials fix,
please help before I have to book into the betty ford clinic, for help with my trials addiction/withdrawl.
you guys at Ubisoft certainly know how to test us!!

Update: I now know why i keep losing my original rank, when frontier crashes.
Hopefully this may help someone else.
When frontier crashes it either, turns my phone off & it restarts.
Or
It crashes and freezes my phone, forcing me to force stop the app.
This is where its different from other update crashes (on my phone anyway)
When i return to frontier, it changes my default from uplay to google+ games
Hence no server save.
Its easy to rectify, just play to level3 then click uplay.
I tried doing this straight away before playing but the uplay option doesnt show up, until level 3.
UPDATE: I was obviously too hasty when I changed title to ****solved****
As the battery will drain in less than 54x ride tickets, (from FULL 100%) it drains all the way down to turning the phone off.
When I return to the game after ANOTHER FULL CHARGE LATER!! It brings me back with google play & no option to switch to uplay, until ive played to level3, this is absolute nonsense!.
Also I paid for a £3.99 gem bundle, you took the money but I didn't receive the gems, I don't want the gems now, I told paypal to cancel the purchase & raise a case against you, as this is not the first time this has happened & again it appears in a year you've done nothing to resolve the issues that were there before.
One or two little glitches & problems I can handle but you have been consistent in your failings from fusion launch & having had almost a year away from the trials games & the forum, I'm disappointed to find that you have improved very little & most of the old problems, remain. (with a few new ones thrown in for good measure).
And you are still supplying people with a disappointing & at times very frustrating gaming experience, NOT down to the quality of the game (its a great game when its working), just your slapdash "oh they'll put up with it attitude"
It would appear that from some of the comments on iOS support page, that apple users have been suffering from this google play/uplay account problem for a while.
Does anyone know if there is a way to block google play from having any interaction with the game???
Update: I have found that if i play frontier with the charge lead plugged in & charging.
Frontier always opens with my uplay account.
Also it doesnt quit the game either.
So now im thinking maybe this is an android 5 issue, as rapid battery drain & phone just quiting, is well documented after the last update,
Personally i think it is a nice little touch from the android devs & doesnt make my phone absolutely useless or anything....

Try doing a Full Factory Reset on your phone as this fixed the battery drain problem I was having with mine a while back.....Hopefully it will do the same for you !!
As for the rest, try contacting one of the Forum Mods (either G00nzi or mattshotcha) via PM as this seems to be the quickest way to get help on here lately ok mate !?
