did you change the picture on uplay page?

Yes in fact both profile pic and avtar in the settings of the forums
I think that's the way do it.if there is any other way or maybe I did it the wrong way.

It's because it's cached. Clean game cache or wait more.

Its all the data an app saves, like profile pics i suppose
But 3 gb a week, you android guys are weird
