Isn't this just a bit controlling or petty? I tried to look up the forum rules but the link was broken, but seriously what harm is he doing by posting a link which is related to the game?

I already signed yesterday on page 2. And today, it has 6 pages already.
I encourage all of you who want to save this game just post this link everywhere related to MMDOC players.
And of course here, again and again if our hope link would be deleted somehow.

Do you have a (link to) the forum rules? I read/skimmed through the Ubisoft Termsod Service (https://www.ubisoft.com/en-AU/terms-of-service.html) but could find nothing there. You aren't allowed to make surveys, but this is not a survey...

Edit: Also read chapter 15, section 15.1, f, and I quote:

f) UBISOFT’s liability is limited to the replacement of fee-based Content which are recognised by UBISOFT as being unusable following analysis of your claim, with equivalent Content chosen by UBISOFT.

So, in case someone bought something for seals they bought in store (or maybe just seals), I think you could refer to this section and claim to be liable for a refund...

Update:

I have now sent the following message to Ubisoft support:

Hi,

Under chapter 15, section 15.1 (f) under terms of Service (https://www.ubisoft.com/en-AU/terms-of-service.html), I want to claim back the money equivalent of 3000 seals bought during a seal sale for Migtht and Magic Duel of Champions. At the time I bought 4500 seals (3000 package plus 50 %) of which 1500 have been used.

The state of the game is now such that it cannot be played. Bugs and crashes takes it below the threshold I would expect for a game in Beta state.

Based on the number of seals bought and used I would expect a refund of 23,32 euro.

Please get back to me as soon as possible with your response.
