Welllllll...... I am not sure it is a wise move letting me put quid in the jukebox, I like a bit of most things including outright fromage! Though I'll Test the water with a bit of what I like with a couple from the best musical in history:-

Excellent music Kestrelius! The Blues Brothers is fantastic.
I'm a Mopar fan. My brother and I share ownership to a Plymouth with a non street legal 440. I should post pictures of some of the things here for you all sometime. I know a thing or two about Mopars and I really liked The Blues Brothers for the music, as well as for the Bluesmobile. It was a 1974 Dodge Monaco with a 440 Magnum engine.
Got a tune here by Married With Children. Picked it for the biker theme and the the nice 72 Plymouth Duster at the end.
I don't drive... long story. Mechanics is now just a hobby. I sold off most of my toys earlier this year to help pave the way to my new career path. Being a professional colour pencil artist.
Got another song. This one with a drag race between the 62 413 Dodge Dart and the 63 fuel injected 327 Sting Ray. In real life the 413 would be victorious every time. The factory Super Stock Dodges and Plymouths were built for the sole purpose of dominating the 1/4 mile. The road tests of the time showed the quarter mile times of the 413 Max Wedge powered cars were quite a bit quicker than those of the of the Corvette Stingray with the 327/365 Rochester fuel injected engine. While the Corvette certainly had plenty of power and wasn't terribly heavy it definitely had some get-up-and-go but the rear suspension wasn't really suited for 1/4 mile racing without some work. The Dodges and Plymouths came with heavy duty "Super Stock" rear springs and a pinion snubber (a flat metal piece with a rubber bump stop bolted on the differential housing above where the driveshaft connected) that prevented wheel hop and helped plant the rear tires on a hard launch. But the Beach Boys were GM guys and if you look at the cover of the SHUT DOWN Vol. 2 album you'll see a mid-60's Corvette and a GTO. Great music regardless.
Well I'm glad you're here. Hope you enjoy being a part this fine establishment.
@Kestrel, Blues Brothers? Epic film, great music. Up there with other cult classics such as Quadrophenia and Scum.
@Mower, had to chuckle at the first clip.
@Boop, I've seen what you did. Don't think I haven't.![]()
Welcome Kestrelius! I totally agree that growing up in the 90’s was the best. Nice tunes tooSeems like you might fit right in here.
@Rude: Great catching up last night! Hope we can co-op cuphead at some point![]()
Likewise, Kristin! It would be great to co-op Cuphead. Would be a laugh.Originally Posted by bassa82 Go to original postKeep up the good work on Zoo Tycoon.

With Trials in limbo, will we see a new console game in the next year or so, in the next 3 - 5 years, or never? I'm starting to lean toward one of the latter two options.
In a bit, oldies.
@ridingmower - seems like you are quite heavily into your vintage cars! Must admit some of thatwas a bit over my head though haha looks like it'll be a learning experience from you!
@Rudemod - great taste in films! And I think Redlynx will hav their work cut out for them to make a fresh trials with something new, so it may be a while...
@Bassa - 90's was a mixed bag of nuts music-wise, a lot of it did not age all to well and rightfully remains forgotten. It dpends on your taste, here is a couple that remind me of the 90's nicely, although they are cheesy:-

Why, thankyou!Originally Posted by Kestrelius Go to original post
Trials, it doesn't have to have new features. Just give me HD or Evo with current gen grunt and I'll be happy.
I want to be a hippy. lol
Oh dear... I just want to say, especially in light of these two 90s songs (never heard the second one, I feel a bit scared and confused by it) that I was referring to the songs you posted earlier, not 90s music... Though there is a great deal of 90s music I do enjoy![]()
Most of all I just wanted to welcome a fellow 90s kid, there are a few more of us about as well
(Sorry if I sound strange sometimes, I’m from Norway, so English is my second language)
@ Rudemod - good gosh that is reminding me of kid parties in my earlier years haha
@Bassa - apologies for misunderstanding, I have habbit of being a daft plonker (this can happen frequently so be warned), nothing wrong with your english, you probably speak it better than I do anyway!
You can say that again...Originally Posted by bassa82 Go to original post
That music, wow!
Well I know now the song used for the Six Flags commercial.... Thanks Kestrelius, also dang-it! Really hope those songs don't get stuck in my head.
Mod man, Those potatoes deserve the academy award for that performance. That summed up the entirety Star Trek into 3 minutes and 33 seconds.
Here is a Halloween episode of Roseanne from the 90's.
Take care folks.
ps... be sure to check out the Trials Garage, as it's been updated.
