Morning!

Another blistering hot day in Norway. Nearly 30 degrees outside (yes, celsius!) and I hope I'll survive it without A/C at my home office. Even had to give up on trying inferno last night - devillish heat both in game and in real life at the same time is really not a good combo.
Pretty sure E3 will bring some kind of Trials news. I have no real reason to think so, it's just a "vibe" I'm getting. A dirty, gritty "back to the roots" approach would be awesome, but who knows! We might get something cartoony with dragons and dinosaurs.
Excited about our anniversary, hope we get a lot of people on. I'll have to pass on EVO day since I only have the PC version (and don't own a 360), but will make sure to catch the stream

Boss, I'll try and make 360 night but need to get my controller off our lad which can be sorted, a mic though is another matter lol. I could definitely check a stream out (hint hint, Gerb)

As for Evo tracks:-

1. Something from CTC2. Great comp and a honour to help judge on. Just don't mention the prizes lol. Maybe Child's Play by PURE EVIL, which remains one of my finest themed tracks ever.
2. A track or 3 from ramchandra.
3. A track or 3 from Medieval Genius.
4. An Extreme from atilla999. Made some corkers on Evo. There were just so many top builders, hundreds of the blighters.

Most have gone.

My top 10 from CTC2.

Lx PURE EVIL xl - Child's Play. One of the finest themes I've seen, and I've seen some crackers.A stunning homage to cult Horror icon, Chucky. The line was tight, smooth and very satisfying.
MOPARDADRULES - Damage Inc. The detail, the mechanisms, the ride, all top notch.A real belter of an entrant.
D2Dahaka - 2036. Our old Mate D, doesn't drop many tracks but when he does one, you know you're in for a treat.Wicked drive-line with a stunning futuristic theme.
Ozy be - Trailblazer. Wicked drive-line and Day/Night mode, which was expertly integrated. Lovely build.
ll ManOnFire ll - Filth.Fine Extreme course, with a stunning roof-top theme.
ramchandra6 - Rajasthan. This guy builds Medium speed-runners that'd make RL blush.This one excels in every way, polished off with a very fine theme.
Meenie 77 - Oz. To play this track without inducing a smile would be impossible. Just beautiful, with a sweet, short thrill ride of a line.
o steelhorse o - STH-Immoral Order. Expertly crafted Extreme, with a tight, tech course.Lovely work.
Hqk Wraath- CTC2-SHADOWS. Stunning silhouette track and really smooth to run.Very finely designed.
DOTSTAR360- The Fridge. Lovely ice themed track, with a sweet, technical Hard line.Fine effort.

I do miss that game, lol.

Agreed mate, the building community did us proud, as they always do. re 360, reckon I have a couple or 3 working ones floating around, but no mic or controller lol.

I'm thinking "Over Powered". I hope that's what it is as abbreviating could mean anything. The term GG was being used by others to me and by 6 months of hearing it being used I finally had to ask someone "What is a GG?", turns out it's "Good Game and a slap on the hiender".
With "OP" it could be "On Point"
"Old *****"
"Ocean Pacificº"
"Order Pizza" and so-on.

Yes its true Evo Friday is back but for one day only June 17th ( 3PM EST U.S / 8PM UK )

....... ....if we get a good showing maybe we'll bring it back for good !


Got a msg. from Classic Trials last night and it turns out he's an old friend of the gang ( aka: Medieval Genius ... who has a # of GT's lol )

.......and has build many tracks for us over the years ... so it will be nice if we all show up on the 17th and thank him.

Also Cham Man looks like he will have a build for us too.
