As I understand it, the purpose of this thread was to try to identify active members who participate in "gang" related activities regularly such as posting on forums, running hlcs, joining parties etc It may not be a perfect way of catching everyone, but it's a starting point. What's the use in having a list of 50+ people in the gang if they aren't actively participating even if only occassionally? The gang is more than just a name list IMHO. Perhaps those who have been actively doing a gang census communicate with the boss and make sure it's clear who is performing what role so there is no more confusion and doubling up?

I don't have any particularly strong opinions and will cooperate with whatever is decided, but I agree with the boss that being in the gang should require some sort of participation otherwise, why join the OTHG just be be on a name list?

However, people have signed and do zero with the group (Hi Cag), and some won't come near the forum list with a barge pole but run tracks, communicate, build tracks for us, etc.

Now I know I'm not active anymore - but who's to say I won't be in the future with the next Trials game? I'm hoping to be back running the HLC's at some point so that's why I posted in that thread, but also why I offered up my place if a more deserving member needed it. The problem came with switching to the Bone and not being bothered to redo everything I had done on the 360. It killed my intest in Fusion (what little of it there was) so I simlpy platted all the tracks minus DLC and moved on. The problem is I just don't like Trials Fusion. That's why I picked up Trials Frontier to get my fix instead (excluding F2P - it's a much better trials game than Fusion!).

In short - I'm cool with withdrawing and then reapplying when I'm ready to take a more active part in the gang.

At D2 specifically - I also saw that membership list as a historical/archival list of members too, hence why BB wanted to include join dates. I didn't realise it was that much of an issue to be honest. As a case in point - I was very active with the HLC's in the beginning. I lost over 1000+ posts when the old thread got deleted, so if that doesn't show I played my part in the group, then hey ho.. Anyway, I do get you're point though. The gang does need to continue pushing people to be active and having lots of non-active/past players around doesn't really help.

The membership list is almost done for now still waiting on lots ? of members ....or then again may be i'm not ? .....and i still have a few things to talk over with the co-leaders.


The membership thread is our one and only membership list so if you are on it .....you are in the gang....the deadline is the end of March ( this year lol )

So please get the word out i would really hate to lose any of our gang members......but then again if ur just a name on a list may be the gang's not for you ?


I dont think that asking a OTHG member to drop-in and visit our club house a few times a month is alot to ask.... its been our home since day 1 way back in 2012 !

Being part of a club.gang,group...etc. is more than just a name on a list.How about picking/running tracks... 7B /1T Challenges,Rudes awesome extreme Challenges,posting,building tracks or just take an active part & most of all joining a online party once in a while.I know I've said it 1000's of times but here it is again.........

The OTHG party(s) is the best part of the gang,i can only think back and smile at all of the good times that we've had over the years and those of you who dont join are really missing out.

You dont need to join every day but drop-in once a week meet & chat with the gang and have some fun and tons of laughs.Once again thank-you gang'sters..... with out you my day would be full of pain....but now most of the time I'm chatting,gaming and laughing with a bunch of great friends


I hope we can get the gang back up to speed soon and may be after some spring cleaning we will get our old mojo back.

see the meet if it happens in april why don't we go for a weekend Friday to Monday break type thing
the reason I say this is because I have to travel from Scotland ozy from Ireland etc now it would take a few hours
to get there
I don't want to meet for a couple of hours then have to travel back in a rush
if we do a weekend we can do stuff
I was thinking surely we could see about booking a place to cater for us all and get it a cheaper price
then that way we are all together etc
do you think that makes sense? would you be up for that? would anyone be able to look into booking this.
this is just my thoughts please discuss and give your thoughts

Cag, you were with us from the start. That's a member for life as far as I'm concerned. I can even accept the Cod MP invite snub I never realised how deeply your Fusion apathy ran. The bikes aren't the greatest I realise this, but the at times remarkable customs the community build make it worth sticking around for me. I'll be honest.I just don't like the look of that Frontier mobile game. I really hope the next Trials game on console isn't a rehash of that. I would like another HD or Evo, but I realise this probably will never happen.

I don't like removing anyone from the team. As you all know the Bone team is always full, and it's a struggle to ever remove anyone for someone who is active and playing the game. The times myself and Boss have sat for ages debating/discussing who to make room for to accommodate a new rider. I'm going to hand over control of the team to our Boss. I'm just too soft/sentimental, and never like removing anyone no matter how active/inactive they are.

I realise the OTHG is about more than just being in a team, so this step must be taken. If Boss wishes to swing the axe then that is (as Boss) his prerogative.

Boss, thankyou for updating the list for the people who have signed.

Gerb, we'll discuss things online. For reasons I won't go into on here, a few days away is rather awkward for me. I would love to do it don't get me wrong...Not sure about Blackpool though, it's a ****hole.

Hmm. As much as a full weekend sounds great, I doubt I could make that work. I'll be very honest, and tell you it's down to funding it. Plus, it just wouldn't be fair on Donna and the kids considering my recent trip abroad..
A full weekend away, with spending money will still cost a good few hundred quid. I won't be able to gather this much..
I could do a night stay over probably, but I see this wouldn't be fair on those that have further to travel..
If it comes to it guys, and you want to do a full weekend, then I'm going to have to drop out... Or, I could maybe come for the 1 night..

We'll see where this goes once more details are set in stone, then I'll be able to let you know.. Either way, it's all good whatever the case.

Well you can bring Donna along if need be Morphy that wouldn't be a problem, if getting the funds is trouble then just come for the day or 1 over night stay. There is a hotel we stayed in BP that was 20 quid a night. Which is pretty darn cheap and it was nice accomadation.

Thing is as much of a tip BP can be, it probably is an easy meet up place anyhow. And since a few of us are meeting up it would be fair to do so and pretty sure we can all agree to that right?

Especially if Ozy is coming over he won't want the major hassle of meeting up for a few hrs and going. It would be a pain in our old kiesters.

I'll Defos do a night there.. I totally get that if others travel far, 1 night wouldn't be fair, which is 1 of the main reasons I posted above, just to let everyone know. Don't get me wrong guys, I'm NOT trying to rain on the idea, but just letting you guys know on just how I would have to do things from my point..

Was engrossed in Dishonoured (refuse to spell it the other way lol), but party chat just doesn't work for some games so switched to, yep you guessed it....Trials.
