#!%& Bloodborne! That game is harder than I thought.
You're a beast Rudemod and a real pro at these Souls games, keep it up!

I've got to cheese a bit, or at least some training wheels at first.

@ Joe Regular- That first boss. Can I count on your ninja skills please?

@Rudemod - That game "Day Of The Tentacle" has the greatest Trophy/achievement of all time. It's my favorite and most prized. It's called "you suck" literally. I couldn't believe it when it popped up on screen when unlocking it. LoL

I'm far from a beast or a Souls pro, but I'll have a go lol. Tempted to get a month online so we can get slaughtered together.

RE Day of the Tentacle. Ha, ha.

You beat the boss already?! What the heck...

I guess I have to git gud quick and stock up on Molotov's. This game tho... I can't believe it. You really beat it already? What weapon did you pick? I picked that normal scythe thing that is on the games case cover picture. Which I suppose shouldn't matter, I just have to Git gud. Well that's exactly what I'll just have to do.

Mowers' going to punch that Cleric Beast in the big toe!

I'm using the Scythe too, Mower. Not sure if I've chose right but going okay so far. If a million deaths is going okay.

Already? Took a lot of deaths, lost heaps of blood echoes (5,000+ on one occasion) but finally getting to grips with how to tackle foes. The crows are easy, the dogs give me grief (especially in pairs). That huge dude near the start down the stairs hiding around the corner with the huge cleaver-I ain't messing with him for a while, wipes me out everytime.

Old Cleric Beast doesn't like you tickling his toes.

Wow, I learned more today than I ever had with having this game this entire time.

With the lack of hand holding. This being my first Souls game. I've been playing this all wrong. It's not a bad User Interface, because it works really well for navigating it fast. Just I finally figured out how to properly exit the game while playing. Otherwise I was exiting by using consoles home screen and quitting the App. from there.

Turns out I was supposed to
    -press "options"
    -click right on D-pad twice
-press "x" to enter the menu
-go to Title Screen, which will also automatically save the game

I also just found out how to run. It is all about holding the "circle" button down. Crazy I've been tanking this whole time casually walking up to enemies.

I also just learned that pressing the L1 shoulder button extends the weapon (as well as shortens it).

So with all that I learned today. The game got a whole lot more bearable! Finally was able to run past a bunch of enemies to unlock the shortcut to the Cleric Beast. Been able to knock 1/10 of his health bar down a couple times but I'll have to farm a few more times before trying again.

I've got a lot respect for anyone that beats these kinds of games. Such aggravation!

You can run? That may help with this second boss. Kicked my arse twice.

Guys...we need to party up and chat at some point!

Makes me really happy to see you two playing..and enjoying this game without guides. I have another friend who played it recently using a guide, while he loved it I think he kind of missed out on the best part of the whole experience.

I'm more than happy to co-op or help out in any way I can...if you've never played any Souls games the systems at play can be a little obscure at first.

Nice one on Cleric Rude btw, epic fight right there! As you're an avid Horror fiction buff I had wondered if you'd read any Lovecraft as the theme of BB is heavily influenced by his work.

    Rambleramble lol.
