My Top 7 Games of all time in no particular order (including the systems I played them on):

    - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64/3DS)
    - Super Mario Kart (The Super NES original)
    - Demon's Souls - (PS3) Played the heck out of Asian import before it was released in the West
    - Dark Souls (PS3/360/PC+DSFix)
    - Final Fantasy X (PS2) - Also own it on Vita, PS3 & PS4, but only extensively played it on PS2.
    - Trials Evolution (360)
    - Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind (PC)

    Honourable Mentions:
Super Mario 64 (N64) - Pioneered how to do 3d controls right. Also was a magnificent plat-former.
Super Mario World (SNES) - One of the greatest 2d platform games ever made IMO.
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (PSOne)
Streets of Rage 2 (Megadrive) - The best old school arcade beat 'em up of all time.
    Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube)
    Duke Nukem 3D (PC)
    Goldeneye (N64)
GTA 3 (PS2) - GTA's move to 3d was revolutionary for the time.
Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec (PS2) - Still the best IMO
    Caslevania SotN (PSOne)
    Chronotrigger (SNES)
Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix (360)
    Radiant Silvergun (Saturn)
Wonderboy 3: The Dragon's Trap (SMS) (aka Dragon's Curse on PC Engine)
    Truxton (Arcade/Megadrive)
    Deus Ex (PC)
    Wave Race 64 (N64)

Destiny (360/X1/PS4) - May not be the greatest game in some people's eyes, but I have put more time into this than any other game this gen.

    The Metroid Series
    The Diablo Series
    The Fallout Series
    The Baldur's Gate series
    The Borderlands Series
    The Mass Effect Trilogy
    The Halo Series
    The Metal Gear Series
    The Wipeout Series

And so many classics from the 8 and 16-bit era, that I'd need my own server to list them.

    Hi, everyone.

Some great lists. Good to see what games feature, and the memories that go with them.

    D2, that's quite a big list lol.

I'd like to mention a few others lol:

Resident Evil (PS1, Gamecube, XB1) Bought it on 3 systems and finished it on all 3. It seemed harder now than it was back in the day. 4 was great too, and I had immense fun on 5 as well, completing it a fair few times (co-op and by myself). 6 was awful.

    XB1 games:

Borderlands 2. Originally released on 360 and other last gen systems. Played it on The Handsome Collection. Funny, good characters, epic weapons and a Fallout vibe mean this is a favourite.
Dishonoured. Again, released on last gen but played the updated XB1 version. Loved it.
Dying Light. Nothing better than slaughtering Zombies lol. Cool in co-op as well, and with excellent Parkour action. Watch out when it gets dark.
Fallout 4. Spent a lot of time wandering the Wasteland and had good fun doing so.
    Doom. FPS, old school style.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Not out yet, but it'll feature. It'd better not let me down lol.

    Arcade:

1942 (Capcom) Love old school SHMUPS and this one will always be fondly remembered.
Pac Land (Namco) side scrolling platformer. Played this in the local pub when I first started going out lol.
Tiger Heli (Taito) Me and a good friend would go to the local swimming baths, dunk a few old folk and then grab a hot chocolate and play Tiger Heli for an hour. Great memories.

Boss, Nuka World is out this month. I see you've become acquainted with Strong. My first companion.

Kristin, looks like you enjoyed your time in the UK.

Been enjoying the Olympics. Good performance so far from the Brits.

    Laters, cool oldies.

    HI gang,

Hope every1 is good......HLCs are a blast get out & run them.( BTW: 1st on the OTHG LB on Building Blocks ... 4th GLB )

OK Fallout 4 fans its almost time to take a trip to Nuka - world !

New Fallout4 map ... take it home ... fold it up (if you can ... just like those old crazy road maps ) and keep it forever.

For you young'ns road maps are/were paper maps you would keep in ur car glove box way before GPS & they were always a pain-in-the-azz to fold.

Nuka-world is so frickin' kool ..... cant wait till the end of the month.

OTHG party time ......... see you online.

Make the most out of every day my friends ..... and lets have some fun out there.

A man of fine taste I see. I enjoyed virtually every RE game barring some of the spin-offs and of course the mess that was RE 6.

Borderlands 2 was probably my most played 360 game next to Trials. Favourite setup was Gunzerka with dual Double Penetrating Unkempt Harolds with Moneyshot. I had so many legendary, pearlescent and seraph weapons that I needed to create a stack of extra characters just to use them for storage. I also have the handsome collection on X1 & PS4. Happy to dump a bunch of weapons/gear for anyone.

I'm also a huge fan of shmup's - particularly the vertical scrolling kind. I used to have a huge collection of Jap-Imports shmup's on various systems. Saturn and Dreamcast probably had the most. Truxton has a special place in my heart and is one of my all time favourites. The Sega Megadrive had a very good port of the arcade machine.

I remember Pacland. Was a classic! There was one at the local bowling alley for years, that we used to play for free as kids. We used to use what we'd call a 'clicker' - the component of a lighter or bbq that creates a spark - and zapping any exposed metal on the cabinet used to trigger the coin mechanism lol

Can you use the Baggie? Just saw Bosses' spamming of the feed (never catch me doing that lol) and thought it looked mint on the Wabbit.

Good man. Love Horizontal or Vertical. Amiga, Neo Geo and of course the Arcades (MAME). Great games. Prefer the old school ones over the bullet hell ones that became popular.

The above link details most of the best Shmups on the Sega Saturn. I used to own physical copies of all of nearly all of these. I spent $400AUD on Radiant Silvergun back in the day alone. Funny how it's on XBLA - have they made it BC on the bone yet?

Ok. I'll stop with the post-a-thon. It's just Rude got me thinking of all these games from my younger days and the memory of one, triggers the memory of another and a big chain-reaction started. So many classic games I completely forgot about

The flying game wasn't Crimson Skies on the OG Xbox was it? I can't recall it having an airship base (long time ago), but I do recall it being absolutely incredible for the time. Such a shame we never saw a sequel to that one.

Don't apologise, D. Some great shmups there. Played a number of those on Megadrive or Mame, even Gradius on PS2, but a lot I didn't lol. Raiden, Twin Cobra - great stuff. Even a PC Engine game thrown in.
