I didn't meet this issue yet, but I start it from pull down menu and keep internet connection on.

I'm interested whether you keep internet connection on?
Since if there is no internet connection, popup appears anyway, but if I close it and try to start race from pull down menu, I can't, because besides mission it is written - Disconnected.

I've raced the queen 5 times thus far on Android

All 5 times I've used the popup.

1 - worked
2 - didn't work
3 - didn't work
4 - worked
5 - worked.


I read through the forum post, any chance to those pumpkins returned to us?

Failed for me today. Thats 2 fails and 2 successes from the popup.

This needs addressing by Redlynx.

Please be sure to submit a ticket through the in game support button if you have lost pumpkins. The team is on top of this and can help.

I wrote twice to support through the game, but never received ticket nor answer. No email in spam either.

Used the popup once yesterday successfully.

Twice today it failed. I'm out 300 pumpkins :/

Also unable to complete Doom Drop, and didn't get my Undead Bundle - though 5 days later CS got around to giving it to me - except that's 5 days I didn't have the outfit, and missed out on event XP (kinda an important part of why I spent the money on the bundle in the first place...)

Happened to me 3 times now on android once a few days ago and twice in a row today I've reported it as a bug in game all three times

happens to me for the 1st time - for me it looks like i lost internet connection in between and thus nothing happens after pressing popup button - ticket submitted

I have lost 450 pumpkins because of this issue. If I wait for 5 seconds after the popup comes up, it seems I do get the Pumpkin Queen race. Not 100% sure though.
