The following information answers some questions specific to playing on Android devices.

Can I sign into Google Play after playing with an anonymous account?
Yes, you can sign into a Google Play account after playing with an anonymous account. If you save a game on your Google Play account, this replaces your anonymous account. Otherwise you will start saving progress from your anonymous account onto Google Play.

Can I continue my progress on another device?
To access your Sandstorm: Pirate Wars saved data on another Android device you simply need to sign into Google Play with the same account. You'll instantly have your game save back, however you must remain signed in with the same Google Play account to have access to your data.

Can I transfer my progress from my iOS device to my Android device?
No, game progress can only be transferred within the same device platform (so you can transfer between Android devices, or between iOS devices, but you can’t transfer progress from an iOS device to an Android device, or vice versa).

So I can only play against players using the same platform as me?
No, you can play against all players since the game is cross-platform. Players from both Google Play and the App Store, playing on both Android and iOS devices, share the same online leaderboards and face each other in player-vs-player battles.

Is the game available in my language?
The languages currently available are English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Japanese and Korean.

What version of Android OS do I need?
Android OS 4.0 or above is required to play Sandstorm: Pirate Wars.

Is my device supported?
The following Android devices are supported by the game, however if you can’t see your device in the list it may still be compatible. To try it out, visit the Google Play Store and log in with your Google account. If your device is linked to your Google account, the page will tell you whether or not it is currently compatible.
