1. Is it being fixed
2. Will the original poster now own the thread
3. or has a bug been found....

Also - how the devil are you guys? Sorry I've not been around. Funny story... we're getting the basement renovated and the builder asked what a certain white wire was for. I told him it was old and probably nothing to do with anything so snip it. Needless to say we now have no TV or internet. Haha. The missus was worried that we would have no entertainment until it's fixed. I suggested talking - it didn't go down too well.
