I have deposited 2 x £10 to sign up and play Gala Casino and Gala Bingo for the reward of circa 4,000 gems. I have sent an email to uplay that I have yet to receive my gems. Tapjoy claim the gems have been allocated to my account but you can check that my rewards have not successfully been pulled through to my account.
If working with tapjoy allows you to make additional revenue streams on customer deposits then I demand my gems are added to my account as you're subsequently defrauding the paying customers who do not receive their due reward.
I want an answer and to be contacted with an immediate response as this is an absolute disgrace.

When you say you emailed Uplay, are you referring to the support site? Have you submitted a ticket?

I've normally found the way to get the rewards to appear is by using the following method:
1) Open Trials Frontier
2) Go to the Rewarded Offers page (looking at the Earn Gems available offers page)
3) Then open the other app where you completed the action
4) Return back to the Trials Frontier Reward Offers screen
5) Click the (X) on the Earn Gems page so that you return to the Specials tab in the Shop
*NOTE* In most cases, the rewarded gems appear within a few seconds upon returning, but if not hit the back button again to return to the Home section
95% of the time this is how I actually received the reward but there are a few other minor offers where the rewards just never appeared no matter what. In most cases they were <20 gems so I didn't bother with submitting a ticket. Hope this helps!
A bit offtopic, but still related to tapjoy and the rewards.
A found many of those "easy" games extremely hard to complete.
f.ex the find pairs from 4x4. And you have to make it with 10 tries to get the gems. So only 2 mistakes are allowed. That's almost the same as winning the lottery.

I'm awaiting 2252 gems still. Tapjoy cannot help me and have tried 3 times to credit my gems. Ubi support (ticket no: 02475657) said they would add them to my cloud save nearly 1 week ago but I'm still waiting. Please could you chase this matter for me? It's been ongoing for nearly 3 weeks now!

You should get your reaward after completing task they want. Not after weeks of battling with support. Years and they havent done anything to improve it. They just dont give a ****.
