Im sorry, forgot to mention this. The game is Rayman 2, I bought it from Uplay so Im not sure which version exactly.

Well, I don't own the Uplay version, but I know it has some issues. Here's a copy of a comment by RibShark which seems to have fixed the problem for some:
the uPlay version contains some broken compatibility fixes (as an SDB, even more broken than the GOG version), and the glide DLL (GliVd1Vf.dll) needs to be copied from DLL/Glide to just the DLL folder. You probably also want to remove ddraw.dll/wined3d.dll/libwine.dll

I just copied the glide DLL to the main folder DLL. Unfortunately without any positive results. I was trying to find the ddraw.dll/wined3d.dll/libwine.dll file, however I couldn't find it. Only a file called ddraw.dll could I found. After removing it, the game couldn't start, so I decided to keep the file in the game folder. I assume you are not aware of some other compatibility fixes, very unfortunate that I can't experience the game as everyone else just due to some texture problems...

Sadly enough no. The GOG version is the most compatible version, but even that has some issues on some computers. Did you try changing between DirectX and nGlide in the GXSetup program?

You can try out this fix Rib made for Rayman 2 as well. Think it's mainly for the GOG version, but might work with Uplay (he might have meant to do those previous fixes in combination with this):

It seems that I have a dx folder with directxp information and a glide folder which correpsonding file I just moved in the DLL. So, Im not quite aware how to change either both of them. However, I will first try the things which you mentioned in your other message. Hopefully that will work. I will let you know the progress concerning that fix once I executed it. Anyway, thank you for all the help. At least, I consider this advice way better compared to Ubisoft's replies...

Hi, it worked!!! The graphic bug is gone, however somehow I cannot get it in full screen. In your last message, you have send me pictures which contained a menu. Where can I find the menu of this picture, so I can get it in full screen?

Glad it worked!
The menu should be in a file called "DgVoodooCpl" in the game install directory.

For some reason, my laptop isn't able to open this file. It suggests me to use an random app, however none of them is able to open this .dll file. Do you have some experience in how to open this file, because if I succeed, in principle all my problems would be gone.
