Hello,


A bit late due to some maintenance but here is the QA corner weekly update.


Major issues currently being looked into:

Leaderboard cheats clean up (**ongoing process**)
Leaderboard recalculation options - Note: this is quite a big task currently under way
Monster Lake and ToadHole not being awarded in the A.N.B.A quest line
Android - Game freezes and overall performance
Android - Showdown notifications not working
Native Warrior Outfit - +1 showdown/chips functionality fix



Major issues fixed in line for release:

Bundle offers not showing for some players
Players with event view buttons missing
[iOS 9 only] Game language is always English even if the system language is different
SlotMachine Same Reward II - New issue found with less impact. Root cause found and fixed.
Map - Usability issue on the far east side of the map (big thanks to FatalDragon69)

Fixed and released:

Donkey Leaderboard for The Lift track - Root cause found and fixed.
Bundle offers not showing for some players
Checkpoint hitbox fix on Villainous Hideout track


Note: It is important that players do not change device times when running Trials Frontier. This will, in some corner cases interfere with timed events and result in players not being able to fully enjoy the event's features.

Event button is still missing, so there are no possibilities to collect BB:


Do you have an idea - whether this problem will be fixed and I could get to the event at the moment where I was thrown off (last day on 3rd week), or I better leave this question not wasting my time, 'cause it's unsolvable?

Time of my tablet was changed by TF app on 09.30, till that moment everything was ok. We always kept it a week ago for kids weather comparison school research.
Should I set date to automatic before launching TF and rewinding back after closing app? Will this be ok? If yes, will this solve my problem with event button?

The game cannot change device date

Always keep it on automatic or close to the actual time and there should be no problems.

In short, starting a new showdown after previous ones are finished with the "+1 showdown costume" really doesn't start a new showdown so the "free" showdown has to be started separately, thus bonus chips of previous round go missing.

Excellent that you mention this. Player Hs46 already raised the issue in a private message and we are already tracking a fix for this. Adding it to the original post

Hello, I got the "negative 2 millions shoes"bug? at the beginning of week four event.
And I calculated that i have over 50k shoes without this problem.
Will I get the rewards?

Somitimes on event app crash and I probably lost one fragment.
Now I has 50000+ horseshoes and can't complete Stallone ...

Ha! I wish my game language *was* English instead of the system language (I'm on Android). That way I would not have the wrong and/or missing translations.

The game cannot change device date

After 09.30 update for one or two days the game always changed device time to current whenever I started it (just time, not settings). That's why I received Bronco 10th upgrade in few hours, not waiting ~200h. I really know that since it ruined time of kids weather app for those days also. But later it returned to usual state and stopped changing tablet time.

That is odd, I will investigate this but in the meantime do correct time in device settings before launch Trials Frontier
