I am unable to see the option to save the game when roaming free through Kyrat. The option used to be available before the northern region was unlocked. I am aware that in the middle of a mission, there is no option available to save the same. But I am not in the middle of a mission. Clicking on the option button shows "Mission=>Resume", even though I am not in a mission. Also if that was the case, you will see "Restart mission" & "Abort mission" options which is also missing in this case. As an example, I can liberate a bell tower, exit the game and come back - The bell tower would still be shown as not liberated. The only way I saw how to work around this was, liberate a bell tower, start a campaign mission (In my case, the valley of death) which saves the same automatically and then abandon the mission. This is so annoying and sounds like a glitch / bug to me. I have seen other people complaining about the same in similar forums. Any idea how to solve this problem? This makes the whole game play very annoying. I hope someone in UBI acknowledges this issue and fixes it with an update to the game
Welcome to the forums, iNeedMoreInk. Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Have you submitted a ticket to support yet? You can do so in the links in my signature below or through --> ubi.support.com.
Can you link to the other threads where others are discussing having the same issue? I'm not aware of this happening after Northern Kyrat is unlocked. Either way, submitting a ticket and talking with support about the issue will be your best option.
Thanks UbiBooma.
Here is a link to a form which pretty much talks about the exact same issue for another user : http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/79526...cry-4/70777598. Googling "Far Cry 4 PS4 Save option missing" also lists several of these problems.
I am not entirely sure if this has anything to do with unlocking northern Kyrat. This never happened before that, so thought I would mention that.
When you say submitting a ticket, do you mean submitting a question on support.ubi.com? I had tried that a week ago and there was no response at all.
