Doesn't matter what episode is being played - the screen freezes in scenes. Will also freeze after selecting a partner to play with. Full screen or regular screen. On devices or on PCs. Everyone is affected today since the latest episode was uploaded. Numerous reports from players in newfeed and in CSI player groups.
And PLEASE do not respond with the canned answers of checking for browser, flash, game updates. We have already done that. The problem lies with Ubisoft programming. YOUR employer has introduced bad coding to the game with yesterday's upload and created this glitch. Filing tickets with support is a fruitless effort so do not suggest passing us off to them.
Ubisoft must take responsibility for causing this current problem and fix it from your end. You don't have the expertise to do this as a moderator but surely you know people within your organization that can. Talk to them!!!

I am having trouble with the loading was slow and, it come in, ready to play few scenes, after that scenes become freeze, I have to reloading every time!!!!!! Also, I am not able to collect Quest, it keep say "something went wrong... Please try refreshing your browser." I am playing CSI: Hidden Crimes on Facebook on Goggle Chrome version 47.0.2525.0 Canary (64-bit), right now! Google Chrome is up to date!!!!!!Please sync, and do work on update!!!!!!!! Damn!

For 3 days now my game crashes when I reach the heading to scene screen...I receive daily bonuses and can send gifts but cannot actually play!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times!!! I'm at level 33 and don't want to lose my progress or quit playing permanently!! Would luv some input as to what's going on!! Thank You

Skybreach, can you at least let us know if progress is being made? When you are advised we are close to seeing a fix can you share that information here? I and everyone else always see posts on the game fan page that info and updates would be expressed here but we have yet to see one.
This is a great game. Nice innovative side challenges and interaction with game play. So many players feel as I do and want to continue but are frustrated with not being able to play it properly as you intended. It's now been messed up for 5 days and patience is not the strong suit of many of your fans. Due to their passion for it, they are trying incessantly to crawl through the game butting up against the current freezing and other problems. All it is doing is elevating this frustration until your players hit the point where the anger and distaste for Ubisoft and CSI tops out and they give up. They end up deleting or blocking CSI Hidden Crimes. I've lost 12 player friends today that hit that point and disappeared from my list. That is only a fraction of the general players you are losing every day that are not my friends.
I fear if you do not find a solution via a fix, a patch, a version release soon - interest in CSI Hidden Crimes will dwindle to extinction.

On behalf of all the members of my CSI player group on Facebook, please send our thank you to the programing team who found, identified and corrected the bug in the game. Their efforts are appreciated.
Could you perhaps call on them again to fix the empty envelope (no sends from friends arriving) and the throwback of those who gain progress past episode 33 (gain 34 + completed) but find themselves back at episode 33 the next time they log in. These are the two chronic problems still existing that are affecting many players. Also the Quest, Recruit and CSI crew upgrades that are also not functioning properly.

Please keep in mind to always connect to Facebook in order to cross-save progress over several different devices. This way nothing should be lost.
