I saw dev team's release note, and I knew that win7 32bit version was not available for now.

Therefore, I have a simple question:
WHEN I GET THE Windows 7 32BIT VERSION OF THE GAME???????

That's something I'd like to know too. I really want to play this game but I can only buy it as soon as the 32 bit version is available.

There's already 32-bit version, look in your heroes folder, executable is
\folder_where_you_got_heroes_installed\Binaries\Wi n32\MMH7Game-Win32-Shipping.exe
