Honestly I think they are delaying the transfer because of the new flux of income coming in. If you thank about it from a business perspective it makes perfect sense, we already spent our money so why would we (the old consumer) have high priority? When a lot of the new people are spending a lot of money to buy an overpriced items(because of the lack of market listings) its all supply and demand if we get our surplus of items(that we already bought on the 360 verson of airmech arena) we can lower the price of items by listing them on the player market for lower prices (because we got a better deal to begin with) that in turn lowers Microsoft and Ubisoft income on there "Free To Play Game'Originally Posted by Xion Lethos Go to original post
and ItsCeeCee why would you even mention a date (10/12/15) if you weren't gonna fallow through on your answer as that was the worse thing you could do (from a marketing perspective)so I hope u have fun answering all the hateful people. and to my knowledge no one has had an item transfer yet but I could be wrong if you have had your items transferred leave a reply but judging by the player market I can say not many people have If not any sense the first transfer was out
Come on Ubisoft put it in gear and lets go. I've been waiting for my items to be duplicated for awhile now and you promised it would happen befor the 12th, but guess what you broke your promise. I meen I understand if something happened and you can't do it any faster, but you need to keep people updated if something happened. That would make me alot better if I knew if something was going. Ubisoft has been loseing customers because of this idea of item duplication. Let everyone know what is taking so long. I have lookin on all Ubisofts posts from facebook to twitter and I still do not have an answer to what is going on. This an idea to consider.

We have processed most of the transfers. However, there were a few gamertags that we were unable to locate. Those individuals should be receiving an update to their original support case. On your end, please make sure you have logged into AirMech Arena on the Xbox one. If your items are not there, please feel free to PM with your gamertag and we can check for an update to your account. Thanks.
Hi Cretox, I realize that you deleted your post, however all of your items should now all be accounted for on the Xbox One. If there's any additional items missing, please feel free to let us know and we'll happily look into it for you.
As for the deadline that we were aiming for, accounts that were not completed by that date are missing information preventing us to complete the duplication process.
