Please see below a new FAQ covering everything you need for Item Duplication between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
What is the item duplication?
Players who made purchases for Airmech Arena on the Xbox 360 are able to sign up to have their inventory items and currency duplicated to the Xbox One.
What will be duplicated?
All items including Airmechs, Skins, Pilots, Units, Parts, Diamonds, Kudos, unused Boost Cubes and any other content that was purchased will transfer.
What about my VIP status?
If you have Prime, we will unlock Prime on your account again. If you have the Starter Pack, you will be granted Silver VIP + 30 days Gold VIP (even if it was expired). Diamond VIP's will also be set to DVIP's.
Will this delete my current Xbox One inventory?
No. Items will be duplicated from the Xbox 360 will be added to your current inventory on the Xbox One. Nothing will be deleted. Ex: If you have one Spirit Eagle on the Xbox 360 and one on the Xbox One, you'll then have two Spirit Eagles on the Xbox One.
Will my Xbox 360 progress be duplicated?
Only purchased items will be duplicated. Progress is not included.
Will I be able to duplicate from the Xbox 360 to Playstation 4?
This is exclusive to duplicating items only from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One at this time.
I signed up, but my items haven't been duplicated yet. What’s going on?
We have started the item duplication process with users who have signed up though Customer Support. If your items are not duplicated by October 12th 2015, please let us know here and we’ll look into it for you. You can also look for additional updates on our social media channels - Facebook and Twitter.
I changed my mind, I want to keep my items on my Xbox 360.
As this is now an item duplication process, there’s nothing that will disappear from your Xbox 360 account. Reminder, this is a single-time duplication and cannot be reversed, it is permanent. If you decide to continue playing on the Xbox 360 after you items have been duplicated to the Xbox One, any new purchases will not be duplicated.
What's the difference between "Item Transfer" and "Item Duplication"?
Item Transfer would have eliminated items from your Xbox 360 account. With Item Duplication, we will now leave the items you have purchased on your Xbox 360 account while also adding them to your Xbox One account.
How do I sign-up to participate in the Item Duplication program?
To partake in the test, players will need to submit a ticket through the Ubisoft Support Site, and follow these instructions:
1. Go to Support.Ubi.com
2. Log In to Uplay
3. Click “My Questions”, located on the top left.
4. Click the “Ask a Question”, located on the top.
5. Select the Following
- Platform: Xbox 360
- Game: AirMech Arena
- Category: General/Feedback
- Subject: Item Transfer
I already submitted a request for the "Item Transfer", do I need to submit a new ticket?
You do not need to submit a new ticket. Players that signed up for the Item Transfer process will automatically be granted Item Duplication.
I participated in the old "Item Transfer" program. Does that mean I get my items on the Xbox 360 Back?
No items through this process have been removed from anyone’s account on the Xbox 360. If you are missing items, please file a support ticket and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Are you sure about this? I submitted my "request" 2 months ago and still haven't gotten any of my 360 content added to my Xbox One game. I can't imagine there were THAT many people ahead of me.I already submitted a request for the "Item Transfer", do I need to submit a new ticket?

So I miss out on yet another double XP weekend without my "good" gear. Thanks! Would it have been that difficult to verify that I'm in the queue? I've been trying to keep the ticket "updated", but there's been no response for 2 months.Originally Posted by ItsCeeCee Go to original post
Too late (they were too few & far between to begin with). Here it is the 11th, and I still didn't get my items. Despite me requesting the simple act someone checking to make sure I was at least somewhere in the queue, nobody in support could be bothered to make the effort. And now I'd have to until tomorrow to officially say that the Oct. 12th deadline had come without getting my items, put in yet another support ticket, and then wait again to see if/when I ever get them. Between this and the ignored issue with a glitch preventing a major achievement in The Crew from unlocking, which the fix is apparently being put off for 2 more months when more paid content is scheduled for release, I'm also done with Ubisoft until they start showing they give a crap about their paying customers. This really sucks because I'm a huge Assassin's Creed fan and was super excited about the new Ghost Recon, but I refuse to give my money to a company that treats it's fanbase like this.
