    If you have not gotten a response from Support within 48 business hours, please update us with the ticket number. Did you try the trial through Uplay or steam?

    It's been over 48 hours, I've got no response, my game does not work, I've wasted 2 codes, I've wasted my money.I have tried the trial through UPlay.
